	The management team at Silicon Cert, a privately-held company, includes:

	Thomas S. Speakman - Managing Director Extensive experience in product/test engineering and management roles for AT&T Microelectronics in Reading, PA and Bangkok, Thailand. Mr. Speakman's background also includes several years of contract management experience for Tyco Submarine Systems in the area of undersea repeater component assembly, test, and certification. Mr. Speakman has presented a number of papers on ESD and served as President of the ESD Association.

	Lyle D. Heck - Technical Director Extensive experience in IC Development at AT&T Bell Laboratories, including 20 years as Supervisor for the High Speed Technology and Design Group. Mr. Heck has many years of involvement in the design and manufacture of ultra-high reliability components for underwater lightwave communications cables.



	John P. Schmoyer - Customer Service Manager Has held varied management positions in manufacturing, production planning, business operations, and project management environments, on local, regional, and international levels. Mr. Schmoyer's background includes positions held with firms ranging from large publicly-traded corporations (Lucent Technologies) to small privately-held companies.
