Silicon Cert Laboratories’ mission is to perform reliability testing and to provide analytical services to our clients in a cost-effective, value-added and responsive manner. Our engineering team has expertise with, but not limited to, electro-optical and other electronic active and passive components, including IC’s, power IC’s, diodes, resistors, inductors and capacitors. The reliability and qualification tests are performed in-house to various industry standards such as Telcordia (BellCore), JEDEC, MIL-STD, the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

SCL’s engineering staff has many years of experience with analyzing and identifying failure modes in a wide variety of products. By offering techniques such as SEM, EDS, SAM, Auger, decapsulation, cross-sectioning and X-ray, clients are offered IN-DEPTH PROBLEM SOLVING at an affordable price.

Located in Reading, PA, our modern 20,000 sq.ft. facility is temperature/humidity controlled and meets the requirements of a Class 0 ESD laboratory.

Silicon Cert Laboratories ensures that client's drawings, test results and other data are treated as proprietary information. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) ae encouraged with all clients. All products are properly secured and kept from sight while at our facility.
